baking: lots of chocolate cookie dough cupcakes, mostly because of two birthdays in August (Aidan, Jason) and my upcoming departure from my current job. The five extra pounds one gains by eating just one of them is my personal gift to you. YOU'RE WELCOME.
shopping: turns out that I'm starting a new job in less than two weeks, one that requires me not to be swathed in pajama-like scrubs all day long. Currently, I don't own any pants that are not jeans or scrubs. Wardrobe FAIL.
writing: a lot more lately. You wouldn't tell by just watching this blog, really, but I'm starting to flex my pen and liking it. Huge thanks to this lovely gal for spurring me on.
pondering: getting up off the couch and doing yet another verb - running. Because the number on the size tag of the pants I'm buying is entirely too large, and also because I'm still signed up for this and don't want to pansy out of it.
wishing: for cooler weather already!
